your doing my friends wedding…
…Will my pictures be different? YES!!
This past weekend was a perfect example of that.
- Both weddings were at the villa Barone Hilltop manor
- Both weddings used Dave from Moving Pictures
- Both weddings went to Lasdon Park and The Villa’s lake front property
I’m happy to say that I changed it up for both weddings. I found different places in each park that would give a unique identity to both weddings. In the same breath some spots just cant be avoided. I love the trees at Lasdon and the red boat house at The villa’s Lake. So I used both of them in a different way. Don’t believe me check it out below.

kelly + michael : 2008.8.23
What a great day. The weather was perfect. Kelly and Michael have succsefully picked two perfect days, The first was there engagement session I blogged about a few months ago and now the wedding day. The sky was almost the exact same on both days. Here is a quick sample of the photos we took at the Greentree CC in New Rochelle. Its a great location for photos because you can get right down to the water and the beach cabanas have this vintage look to them.

alexis + john : 2008.8.16
I had so much fun at Alexis and Johns wedding. These two are such a great couple and are so much in love it is so obvious!
The wedding was at the Marina Del Rey in the Bronx. Another bride was using the section of the restaurant that I usually shoot in so Dave from Moving Pictures and I were forced to raise the bar!! I had an Idea to use the back corner of the parking lot. That’s right the parking lot. The photos on the rocks and the wall were both shot there. Awesome stuff and it added a different twist to the photos. Oh we also used the booth that the valet sits in. Really cool and different. You can see all the photo in the client area but you need to know the brides last name.
I would love to here your comments!

Sandy + Joe : post wedding
Everyone always wants to know, what happens if it rains. I always say the same thing. You’ll get dressed again! Seriously get dressed again. If your not into the whole white dress thing again how about some really cool photos not in a white dress. Thats what Joe and Sandy did. It rained, I mean rained at there wedding. That didn’t stop them from having an insane time. Once they got back from there honeymoon we went back to Glen Island for some photos. The first picture is from the wedding day. WOW.

brooke + larry : 2008.7.12
Jason and I (more about Jason later) had the pleasure shooting Larry and Brooke’s wedding at The Fountainhead in New Rochelle. We worked with Dave from Moving Pictures (as usual) and did the photo shoot at Untermeyer Park in Yonkers. Check out the video highlights.
Thanks guys for allowing all of us to share your day!
p.s. Ever wonder how I get some of my crazy angles? Well occasionally someone takes a photo of it. Here I am in a tree, and the resulting image is below it.

I do not have a green thumb!
After looking at three planting boxes in the front of my house for three months, I decided to hire someone to plant them. I had every intention of doing it myself, who was I kidding.
This is the second phase of the front of my house. We did the blue stone patio a few months ago. I think it looks awesome so I wanted to share in my excitement.

antoniette + donnie : 2008.6.22
Quite often I’m invited to weddings and also asked to shoot them. Sounds like a lot of work, but to be honest, I love it!
This sunday was one of those situations. I’ve known Donnie for twenty something years now and, trust me, there was never a dull moment. We had a blast yesterday; thankfully the rain held and we got lots of time at the park for photos. Thanks Donnie and Antoniette for allowing me to share in this special day with you!
I’ve got a lot of people to thank, so bear with me…
Starting with Vinny Campisi. He was my second photographer and shot the entire reception so I could spend some time with my family. Great job Vin!
JoeVideo from Moving Pictures for helping to make the day run smoothly and shooting a kick-ass video.
Mario Jr. from Silver Star Limo. They are the best limo company around; nobody even comes close!! Mario is so helpful that I miss having him when my clients hire another company.
Anyway enough raves. On with the photos. (more in the client area, if you know Antoniette’s last name)
